The next time you find you’ve got symptoms of fluid in the uterus, try the following for quick and easy results.

12 Home Remedies for Fluid in the Uterus

1. Ditch the Dairy

Fibroid development is one of the main causes for fluid to develop in the uterus, and dairy products are something that helps greatly promote fibroid growth in the system. Cutting out dairy products, therefore, is highly recommended when you discover you’ve got fluid in the uterus.

If you consume an excessive amount of high-fat dairy products such as butter, cheese, full-fat milk, cream, and ice cream and find that you have fluid in the uterus, you can be assured this is most likely the cause. Cutting these foods out immediately will help to reduce fibroid growth and reduce the amount of fluid that has accumulated in the uterus.

2. Cut out Coffee

Can’t live without your coffee? Unfortunately, if you’re a java junkie and ritually drink 5-6 cups of coffee every day, you’re greatly at risk for developing fluid in the uterus. Drinking too much coffee increases estrogen levels in the body that will ultimately lead to fibroid growth. This fibroid growth is what will result in fluid in the uterus.

If you’re the type of person to drink coffee every morning, you might want to rethink your daily habit. Try starting your morning with hot water and lemon before your first cup of coffee, and make that first cup of coffee the only one you have throughout the day.

If you’re prone to drinking throughout the day, make sure to limit yourself to one cup a day and only ever in the morning as drinking coffee in the evening increases the chances for fluid developing in the uterus. To decrease the chances of fluid in the uterus make sure to never drink coffee when you are menstruating.

3. Stop Eating Red Meat

Eating and over-consuming red meat have been known to double the growth of fibroids and is a huge component of water forming within the uterus. Uterine fluids quickly accumulate in the uterus when too much red meat is eaten, and it should be truly eliminated from one’s diet at all costs to ensure optimal uterine health.

Most meats are ingested with hormones that can greater contribute to an accumulation of fibroids. Completely avoiding red meat, especially beef, is highly recommended. If you absolutely feel you cannot give up red meat completely, be sure to purchase only all-natural hormone-free meat, and only eat it only once a week. If you discover you’ve got fluid in your uterus it is advised to completely eliminate it from your diet immediately and only resume consuming it once symptoms improve.

4. Go Vegetarian

While not necessary to go vegetarian forever, it’s extremely beneficial to immediately switch to a vegetarian diet. A vegetarian diet will inhibit the development of fibroids and help to lose the fluid that has ended up in the uterus. There are a number of fruits and vegetables that contain all the necessary proteins and nutrients the body needs, eliminating your need to get these from meat or dairy products.
