It’s better to avoid sunbathing in general but if you really want to go to the beach, put stronger sunscreen on the whole body and remember to repeat it every two to three hours. One application of sunscreen doesn’t protect you for the whole day so you have to apply it again, especially after you enter the water wearing a sunscreen that is not waterproof.
Stay Clear Off Sunbeds
Never, ever use sunbeds, no matter how much you want the tan. Sunbeds use concentrated UV rays that damage not only the skin but also internal organs. If you need a quick solution before a big event and you want to make your skin look a bit darker, try sun shimmers that you can apply at home. If you don’t like them or if you always get streaks on your skin when you use them, go for a spray tan that will guarantee an attractive-looking, even skin tone.
