This oil gives coriander seeds their digestive, carminative, and anti-flatulent properties. Tests with these seeds have proven them to fight off some bacterial and fungal infections, as well as proving them to be a natural diuretic. Coriander seeds are also rich in vitamins and minerals, adding to their superiority in helping with pus in the urine.

To use coriander seeds in treating pyuria, you must remove the peels and break the seeds. A mortar and pestle is traditionally used for this process, but any heavy kitchen equipment will do. Once you have broken the seeds, you will want to get the nuts found on the inside of the seed.

Break enough seeds so that you have approximately a half-pound of seeds. For 5-7 days you will want to take 1-2 teaspoons in the morning with water on an empty stomach. It is also advised not to eat anything for 1-2 hours after taking the coriander seeds. This will help immensely with symptoms of pus in the urine.

6. Onion

Onion
Long known for their diuretic properties, onions help prevent water retention and help clean the system of urea, sodium, and other toxins. Not only are they excellent in clearing out the body, but also carry anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, and anti-coagulant properties as well.

Interestingly enough, rubbing your loins with only half an onion has the potential to considerably increase your urine output. Definitely one of the most effective home remedies for expelling pus from the urine and cleaning out your system, onions are excellent to add to your routine for bringing your urine back to its normal healthy state.

Very popular in Ayurvedic Medicine for expelling toxins from the system, following this simple recipe will help immensely when you find yourself with an abnormal amount of pus in your urine. Take two sliced onions and two cups of water and bring to a gentle boil for 5-10 minutes or until the water is to half of its original amount. Strain and drink this onion “tea” that will help to effectively cleanse your urinary passage.

7. Garlic

Garlic
As one of the best-known immune-boosting foods, garlic is an excellent agent for helping in your quest to eliminate abnormal pus levels in the urine, as well as great for being known as a powerful diuretic. So popular is this food that you can find supplements practically anywhere that are intended to be used as a diuretic. Garlic has long been taken to ward off illness, but often scares people away with its strong odor.

Taking garlic to help with pus in the urine doesn’t have to be an uncomfortable experience, and it’s easy to use garlic without the pungent side effects. Supplements are obviously the best way to go about this, yet raw garlic is often the most effective. Rather than relying on raw garlic cloves, you can mash a couple of cloves of garlic and pour one cup of hot water directly over this in a mug.

After steeping for 5-10 minutes, strain this mixture and drink two or three cups of this garlic “tea” every day until symptoms improve. If you can handle the strong taste and flavor of this powerful anti-oxidant, you can crush two cloves of garlic and chew or swallow them with water every morning on an empty stomach.

8. Yogurt

Yogurt
The positive effects of yogurt on the internal system is a popular topic in healthy living, and rightfully so. Yogurt is full of good bacteria that help to fight off bad bacteria that invade the body. Excess pus in the urine is one such bad bacteria that yogurt is great for. Helping greatly to rid urinary tract infections, yogurt will do wonders when your internal healthy bacterium has been invaded. It also acts as a mild diuretic and can help in flushing toxins out of the system.

Antibiotics are often prescribed when dealing with internal health issues like urinary tract disorders, kidney infections, and bladder problems. When taking antibiotics it is wise to replenish the system with yogurt, which helps replace all the good bacteria that is lost when taking antibiotic medication.

Full of probiotics that help regulate your internal bacteria, yogurt should be taken plain each morning to help with pyuria. You may also combine chopped cucumber in with plain yogurt to further enhance the benefits.

9. Watercress

Watercress
Nature has a way of providing everything we need for optimal health, and watercress is another powerful vegetable that is unprecedented in supporting the health of the urinary tract. Rich in vitamins A, C, and D, watercress contains nutrients that help ward off infection.

Combined with the mustard oil glycosides it contains, watercress is an anti-bacterial that helps fight off urinary tract infections. It also helps the kidneys in their function to eliminate toxins with an increased flow of urine. Not only does watercress flush toxins quickly out of your system, but also works to cure the underlying infection.

      1. You may need to clean up your diet, cut out toxins like sugar, dairy products (all of them), processed foods, table salt (go for Pink Himalayan sea salt – full of natural minerals), processed grains like white bread, cookies, crackers, cake, etc. Eat lots and lots of raw fresh fruits and vegetables in salads and juices, lots of fresh reverse osmosis filtered water with a slice of lemon, avocados, tree nuts but not peanuts or cashews (too much fungus), mushrooms, herbs and spices, good oils like olive oil, walnut oil, avocado oil, coconut oil. If you have taken lots of antibiotics, chances are that your immune system is very compromised – this could be the reason that nothing is helping. You must build up your immune system. A naturopath can help you with that — you need lots of anti-oxidants, like vitamin C, and E, super foods like black elderberry syrup, plus probiotics twice a day (get a good brand with 8 or 10 different strains of bacteria),
